Software access is changing
Until now, you will have gained access to your Practical Systems program – and various other services such as data hosting, bank feeds, etc. – by using a client ID and a password to log in.
We are changing this so that user access will instead occur by using a personal email address and a password to log in.
Using a personal email address enables us to improve security and control over who has access to use your program and who can see your data.
This process will also give you greater control of your own program because any new user that requires access to your software and data will have to be verified by the primary account holder. This verification will occur by contacting the primary account holder at their personal email address.
If you do not have a personal email address you need to set one up. We recommend you use Gmail or Microsoft Outlook. We have provided a link to both of these services below.

Please ensure you update your program when you receive a notice that there is an upgrade available.
