Practical Systems is based in Armidale, New South Wales and we have served the New England and regional Australia for 25 years. We operate in an increasingly global market but we continue to value our roots and remember to serve the needs of our clients – some of whom we see in the street every day.
We have experience and expertise in issues relevant to rural and regional communities and farming enterprises. This is our core competency. We seek to serve customers where we believe we can do that in some valuable and meaningful way.
We aim to create a customer experience that ensures that our systems, services, advice and support add direct value to your efforts. We understand that our customers have lots of demands on their time so we aim to make sure that dealing with us is easy, trouble-free and integrated to how you do your daily work. If problems arise we aim to fix them straight away.
The Practical Systems support experience is unique. At the heart of our Customer Support and Service team is our undergraduate program. This program entails Practical Systems providing training and regular casual work for enrolled students at the local University of New England.
Typically these students are undertaking an agriculture-related degree of some type so that their study complements the work that they undertake with Practical Systems and assists in their transition to a graduate program or employment.
Practical Systems is pleased to have been involved in the lives of 60+ graduates who have gone on to successful early careers at organisations who are likewise committed to a prosperous rural and regional Australia.
